DELIVERY TIME
You will receive your order within 1-2 weeks. In any case the shipping process is prolonged you will be notified by e-mail. If an item is out of stock and is pre-ordered, delivery time will vary depending on the article but may take up to 4 weeks. All purchases will be shipped via US Postal Service.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
You can return unworn merchandise with original tags to us within 7 days and we'll credit you for the entire amount. If your item is damaged when you receive it, please contact our customer service department at: support@isazapata.com. Items that have been washed, actually worn or damaged in any way after they have been received cannot be returned or exchanged.
We cannot be responsible for lost or damaged packages that are sent to us for return or exchange so please retain the tracking reference number when you ship your package. Please package your product carefully when shipping it back to us.
